is Billing Handled?
You
bill your clients directly. On the first of each
month, we bill you for the total number of domains you
have ordered from us. When you place the order for the
first time you must pay for the first quarter. All
accounts are billed quarterly.
How
is Technical Support Handled?
You
will be the first point of contact for your clients.
You can then directly contact our technical support
for those technical support issues you need assistance
with. We will provide the answers which you can use to
assist your clients. We also provide a complete On-Line
User Manual.
How
Is Modifying Features For My Client's Domain Handled?
You
simply e-mail us with the instructions. When we have
updated as per your request, we will notify you so you
can notify your clients.
Who
Handles The Domain Name Registration For My Clients?
It is
your choice. We can do it or you can. There is no
extra fee for this. If you decide to register the
domain name yourself please be sure to let us know
when you order.
